“ Had two visits to Marigolds during my long weekend at Keswick Hall. Great decision as dinner and brunch were very different experiences. Dinner was a delightful evening on their patio with wine, steaks, appetizers and the works. Shame on me for no photos of a fantastic dinner overlooking the golf course. Brunch was equally excellent in a slightly more relaxed fashion. My fiance went with a classic bacon and eggs plate. I opted for the French toast which almost looked fried on the outside it had such a crispy crust. The inside was so moist you would have through it sat in the dredge for a week before cooking. It was unreal Im still thinking about it two months later. We rounded out brunch with an ice cream sundae topped with caramel corn. It was a nice juxtaposition of soft ice cream and the slight texture of the caramel corn. A saltysweet combo I had not thought of before. ”

“ Our server, Emily, made our experience the most delightful. She was so thoughtful, bringing me glutenfree bread to start and offering all kinds of glorious options. She made incredible suggestions, passed everything to perfection. Loved the bartender too ”

“ Atmosphere 55 Food 55 Value 45 Service 55 JeanGeorges was not absent in this experience. Neither was the architect of this newlybuilt restaurant. Every detail of the atmosphere feels intentional and the ensemble is absolutely resplendent. The view of the property is beautiful, inside or outside. The art and decor is tasteful. The natural and curated lighting play well across the space. The indoor and outdoor seating are both comfortable and inviting. The food was delightfully creative and gets top marks. As their menu changes regularly, Ill forgo recommending any particular dishes and instead say that there is something for everyone. The raw menu was populated with some of my favorites like tartare and sushi, there is local seafood, vegetarian dishes, pasta and pizza... a nice variety. One of the best lobster Ive had, and a very interesting ginger sauce with the tuna tartare. The preparation of the salmon was flawless a perfect crust that was flavorful and held the filet together nicely. A masterful use of tarragon in the mezcalita cocktail. Overall, interesting ingredients and beautiful execution. ”

“ I ordered simple dishes my first visit for dinner, pot stickers and warm shrimp salad recommended by the waitress as Im a light eater with a cocktail. This chef has a special touch because my tastebuds were popping. I could not believe how delicious the sauce was over the pot stickers and the salad was the most delicious salad Ive ever eaten. I still think about it that meal... It was my birthday, so the waitress surprised me and brought me chouquettes. So sweet of her and they were scrumptious. A little dough, not too sweet, perfect. I went back for breakfast the next day and how do you make eggs so perfect? I enjoy protein, with sweets for breakfast Italians eat sweet for breakfast and the waitress brought me chocolate croquet. Mini croissants I asked for chicken links as well. The most wonderful experience and pleasantly surprised by the most simple dishes having extraordinary flavors. Marigolds is a must for ambiance, food and staff. Superb! ”

And a very nice glass of white wine to boot. The music was vibing, fantastic atmosphere, and a great sunset watching the sky change across the open field with nothing else in sight. Marigold is a wonderful date night or special occasion spot and never disappoints! ”
